Cool Stuff Girl

This is a space for me to record cool stuff I learn. I have 50,000 coffee table books and most are hardly read... What a tragedy! I would like to read and record and be able to refer back to things that inspire me. This wont only be a space for coffee table books, anything I find cool on the web or in real life can be recorded here. Maybe one day it will be so full I will need to order the research into seperate sections but for now it will be one big mess of cool shit.

How I had never seen these before is beyond me as I am a huge fan of David's work and Brittany is the most angel beautful soul ever.

The bottom picture of her in the nude outfit is my absolute favourite. It all works, the composition, the colours the drama. I am utterly obsessed. David posted these to Instagram along side some sad and touching words regarding first meeting Brittany and later, her demise over the years. Such a sad and strange story.. Hollywood is weird... I guess we will never really know ya know.

Anyway on one photo he uploaded he mentioned how the stylist to the bottom image Patti Wilson was incredibly ahead of her time and he isn't wrong. To be styling Brittany in a torn beige sweater with no pants and a scrunched boot is truly 20 years ahead of its time considering the usual styling of the 2000's was super bold and a characterised by a bunch of studs, logomania and colour.
